When you create an account on grabwin, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service is available only where local law permits. We operate a sportsbook and casino platform offering football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), esports betting (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and number prediction games. These terms explain your rights and obligations as a grabwin account holder. They cover account opening, deposit and withdrawal rules, game settlement, bonus terms, dispute resolution, and our jurisdiction notice. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and understood these terms.

Account opening and eligibility

Bank VA withdrawals may take one to two business days because they depend on your bank's processing window. We do not delay or refuse withdrawals arbitrarily.

All withdrawals are subject to account verification (KYC) if you have not yet submitted documents. If your account flags fraud checks or suspicious activity, we may place a hold on your withdrawal pending investigation. We will notify you of any hold and provide a timeline for resolution.

We do not charge withdrawal fees to our users. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own fees for processing. These are shown in your transaction summary before you confirm.

Game rules and settlement on grabwin

Sportsbook bets settle based on official league results. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or voided by the league, we void the bet and refund your stake. No exceptions. If a match result is disputed or corrected by the league after our initial settlement, we honour the official correction and adjust your account accordingly.

Casino games use certified random-number generators (RNG). Each spin or hand is independent. If you believe a game was settled incorrectly, a withdrawal was lost, or your account was unfairly suspended, submit a dispute to our support team. Provide your account username, the transaction date and reference number, and a detailed explanation. We investigate and respond within five business days. If we find an error on our side, we correct your account. If the dispute is inconclusive, we may request additional evidence from you.

General terms and liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, earnings, or experience. You use grabwin at your own risk. We limit our liability to the amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the dispute.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to our jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of grabwin is subject to binding resolution under our dispute process (see above). We do not accept claims outside this process.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes are announced in the app and via email to all active users. Continued use of grabwin after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
